1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Synflux's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Service Provision
Synflux provides legal consultation and strategic guidance through Counsel Bridge, Meridian Legal Solutions, and Rights Compass Advisory. Services are delivered by qualified legal professionals in Malaysia.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain confidentiality of privileged communications
- Pay fees as invoiced within agreed timelines
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are quoted on a project basis or hourly rate. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
5. Limitation of Liability
Synflux is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain due.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information under legal professional privilege and GDPR compliance, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with Malaysian data protection laws and GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to Malaysian law and jurisdiction of Kuala Lumpur courts.
10. Amendment
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of amendments.
